The Table Host pays for all seated guests when the booking is made. Infants without a seat or High Tea attend free of charge.

Each sitting lasts about 1½ hours, with time before or afterwards for the Garden Market.

Questions

How many people can I book for?

Standard online table bookings are available for groups of 2–8 guests. For 9 or more guests, please submit a Large Group Enquiry and we’ll help arrange the best setup for your group.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Children are very welcome. All guests requiring their own seat and High Tea require a $45 ticket, regardless of age.

Do infants require a ticket?

No. Infants who do not require their own seat or High Tea may attend free of charge. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pram so we can allocate suitable space around your table.

How long is each sitting?

Each High Tea sitting runs for approximately 1½ hours. You are welcome to browse the Garden Market before or after your sitting.

Can I add another person to my table later?

Changes may be made subject to availability and provided the booking remains within the standard 8-guest table capacity. If your group will become 9 or more, please contact us so we can discuss the available options.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Please provide details when booking and we will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements. Any food allergies should be clearly identified with the guest’s name.

Can my table be near another booking?

You may request to be positioned near another booking by providing the other Table Host’s name. We will do our best to accommodate requests; table placement cannot be guaranteed.

When do bookings close?

Bookings close Friday 2 October 2026, unless sold out prior.

If plans change

Cancellations & refunds

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations received by Friday 2 October 2026 will receive a full refund. After this date, refunds are unable to be provided as catering and event arrangements will have been finalised.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to someone else. Please contact us with the new guest details. The same policy applies if one or more guests within a table booking cancel.
